Detailed Day-by-Day Expedition Itinerary

Upon arrival at Baltra Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and begin your Galápagos adventure.
Your first visit will be to the Twin Craters (Los Gemelos), two impressive volcanic formations located in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island. These large craters were created by ancient volcanic activity and are surrounded by lush vegetation, including the characteristic scalesia forest. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to learn about the island’s geological history and observe some of the native bird species of the highlands.
Afterward, continue to Primicias Ranch, a private ecological reserve where you can observe giant Galápagos tortoises roaming freely in their natural environment. You will also have the chance to walk through lava tunnels and learn more about the conservation efforts dedicated to protecting these iconic animals.
At the end of the excursion, transfer to your accommodation in Santa Cruz Island and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
